If you're dissatisfied with a product due to damage or quality please let us know within 14 days of the order being placed and we will organise a refund or an exchange - when sending your item(s) back please use our returns form (see shipping and returns).
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund personalised/printed products unless they are faulty.
